Shipping and Delivery
Our aim is to deliver excellence in every order, every time with quality gourmet products and excellent service, our utmost priority.
Since 2004, 3 Tier Food Services have increased our commitment to service our customers with a zero error margin. As a result, our team follows several double checks systems not only during the ordering but also with our picking and packing process.
We offer a direct in-house delivery system within Victoria, (Phillip Island, Traraglon,) Southern New South Wales, (Albury, Yarrawonga,) West, North and Southern Tasmania since 2015 and now we even have a direct service to Eastern Tasmania. 3 Tier Food Services’ vehicles are specially designed to guarantee your orders arrive fresh and in excellent condition!
Traditionally our services attract no delivery charge once your order reaches our minimum dollar amount, (based on the postcode of your delivery address; as per your registered account).
Orders below the minimum dollar figure, traditionally $50.00, will attract a $9.95 exc GST freight charge. We are able to deliver outside our normal delivery zones to most of Victoria for a flat fee of $7.95 per box. Our box sizes are large and can in most cases can accomodate a single order. Orders can also be collected from our premises, at 119 Wedgewood Road Hallam, if this option better suits.
Our stock is collected within 12 hours prior to your order being delivered; therefore your delivery arrives with the maximum shelf life possible. All orders must be recieved by 11:30am the day prior to delivery, with the exception of made to order products where there is generally a 2 day lead time.
