Ordering options

Since 2004, 3 Tier Food Services have increased our commitment to service our customers with a zero error margin. As a result, our team follows several double checks systems to ensure your gourmet products are correctly received, in an excellent condition, by our own drivers using our specially designed vehicles.

Our office staff are available to assist from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, however our new website makes food service easy! This amazing technology allows you to access your purchase history, your pantry list, invoices and statements online 24/7 as well as our full product range and nutritional information.

All of these options are available to you:

  • Telephone, Email, Fax or Online ordering
  • Recurring or frequent orders
  • Advise of Invoice dollar totals, by phone or online ordering
  • Pantry List available online or on request
  • Scheduled phone call for orders or customer services assistance as requested, on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or seasonal basis
  • Product handling and storage advise
  • Product recommended life to maximise stock management
  • Easy to access Product Specifications/ Nutritional information
  • Orders can be placed up to a financial year ahead
  • If supply is required for a function, please advise our staff
  • Customised chocolate plaques for specials occasions
  • Email Invoice copy to confirm order and co-ordinate payment

Payment options

We accept payments by Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to be presented at the time of delivery. Please call our staff for further details. Paypal is available for online orders.
